shared with others without prior approval.
Candidate Profiles are made available to client
companies interested in filling posted positions.
Candidates are given the option to block all companies
from access to candidate profile information.
In instances where a blocked candidate matches the
requirements of a client search, a member of the
our team will contact blocked candidates and determine
their level of interest in releasing their information
to the client. Only then will candidate profile
details for blocked candidates be released.
Client's may also request a candidate screening
by our team prior to submitting the candidates
profile to the client. Client's may also
request our team collect responses from a posting,
and forward a candidate's information to them,
to protect client's from direct contact by many
unqualified candidates. |
